Manage your profile
Your personal profile belongs to your account and remains the same across the organisations you join. Organisation details, public organiser information, and payout settings are managed separately.
Open Settings → Profile → My profile to review your personal details.
Update your name and images
Select Edit profile to update your first and last name, profile picture, or banner image. Your name and profile picture help colleagues identify you in membership and account interfaces. The banner provides additional visual personalisation.
Profile images pass through the platform's processing and safety checks before they are saved. Wait for the upload and save action to finish before leaving the page. If an image cannot be accepted, choose another appropriate file and try again.
Manage email addresses
The Email addresses section lists every address attached to the account and identifies the primary and unverified entries. You can:
- Select Add email to attach another address.
- Verify a new address using the message sent to it.
- Make a verified address the primary email.
- Remove an address that is no longer required.
The primary address cannot be removed until another verified address has been made primary. An address required by a connected sign-in method may also be protected from removal. These safeguards prevent the account from being left without a usable identity or sign-in route.
Changing the primary email does not change the organisation's contact email, the buyer email recorded on an existing order, or the bank information used for payouts. Review those records separately where applicable.
Keep personal and organisation details distinct
Use My profile for personal identity and sign-in email management. Use Settings → Organisation → My organisation for the organisation name, username, contact details, logo, banner, and regional settings.
If you work with several organisations, confirm which organisation is active before changing organisation-level information. Personal profile changes apply to your account regardless of the active organisation.
