Payout schedules

A payout schedule determines when available event revenue is submitted to your verified bank account. It does not change eligibility: an event balance becomes Available only after the event ends.

Open Finance → Payouts and find Payout schedule. Only an organisation Admin can change this setting, and the payout account must be verified before revenue can be submitted.

Choose a schedule

• Daily checks for available event balances each day and submits eligible revenue.
• Weekly submits available revenue every Monday.
• Manual leaves revenue available until an Admin selects Send payout.

After changing the schedule, save the setting. The selection applies from the next payout run; it does not immediately convert Pending revenue into Available revenue.

Understand what a payout includes

A scheduled payout includes event balances that meet all of the following conditions:

• The event has ended.
• The event has a positive Available balance.
• The organisation's payout account is verified.
• The balance is not blocked or held.

Cancelled events remain blocked until the relevant refund obligations have been resolved. An event that is still Pending is not included, even on the Daily schedule.

Under the Manual schedule, Send payout includes all events that are Available at that time. The dashboard does not provide controls for selecting an individual event or entering a partial payout amount. If no event balance is available, there is nothing to submit.

Allow for currency and processing

Events retain the currency chosen at creation. If eligible events use different currencies, Tixi Ticket groups their balances by currency and submits separate provider payouts as required. The Payouts page displays each amount in its original currency.

Submission moves the affected balances from Available to Processing. Processing means that the provider has accepted the payout request; it does not mean the bank has credited the account. When the provider confirms completion, the payout appears as Paid in the history.
