Every event listed on Tixi Ticket is managed by an event organiser. The event page identifies that organiser, while Tixi Ticket provides the ticketing, checkout, payment, and order infrastructure.
Contact the organiser about the event
The organiser is responsible for the event itself, including the programme, performers, date and time, venue, age restrictions, accessibility arrangements, admission rules, safety requirements, cancellations, and event-specific refund decisions.
Questions about parking, permitted items, identification requirements, late entry, or changes to the programme should therefore be addressed to the organiser. Use any contact method published in the event description or through the organiser's official website or social channels.
When making contact, include the event name, date, and a concise explanation of the question. For a refund request, also include the buyer name and order reference, and submit the request before the event starts whenever possible.
The event page and ticket email do not currently provide a universal organiser email address. If no direct organiser channel is available, contact support@tixiticket.com with the event and order details. Tixi Ticket may direct an event-specific request to the appropriate organiser, but it cannot make operational or admission decisions on the organiser's behalf.
Contact Tixi Ticket about the platform
Tixi Ticket support can assist with checkout errors, payment records, missing ticket delivery, an unfamiliar charge, ticket access, privacy, and operation of the platform. Include the event name, buyer name, email used at checkout, purchase date, and any available order reference.
Do not send full payment-card details, security codes, or online-banking credentials. If a question concerns immediate entry at the venue, speak to the organiser's authorised door staff first because admission remains under the organiser's control.
