Find your tickets

Updated

After a paid or free checkout completes successfully, Tixi Ticket creates the order and queues the ticket email for delivery to the address entered during checkout. The confirmation screen shows that email address so you can verify where the tickets were sent.

Find the ticket email

Search for an email with the subject Your tickets for [event name]. Check the inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders, and allow a few minutes for delivery. A separate payment receipt may also arrive from the payment provider; the message required for admission is the Tixi Ticket email with the PDF attachment.

The attached PDF contains one page for each ticket, and every page has its own QR code. Keep the complete PDF available for entry. Eligible tickets may also include Apple Wallet or Google Wallet links when those services are available. Wallet links are not provided for every admission format, so the PDF remains the primary ticket document.

Confirm that checkout completed

If no order-confirmation screen appeared, checkout may not have completed. A pending card authorisation or payment attempt does not by itself confirm that an order or ticket was issued. Review the bank activity and any message shown by checkout before attempting another purchase.

The confirmation screen also displays the buyer email used for the order. If it contains an error, support will need the correct address and order details to investigate delivery.

Request assistance

If the email still cannot be found, contact support@tixiticket.com. Include the event name, purchase date, buyer name, amount and currency, and the email entered at checkout. If relevant, provide only the final four digits of the payment card.

Never send a full card number, security code, online-banking credentials, or a copy of an unused ticket QR code. Support can use the non-sensitive order details to investigate the transaction and delivery status.
