Refunds for ticket buyers
The event organiser is primarily responsible for its refund policy and ordinary refund decisions. Mandatory consumer law, a published policy, payment-network requirements, or a written decision from Tixi Ticket may require a different outcome in particular circumstances.
Request a refund
Submit an ordinary request before the event's published start time. Explain the reason and provide the event name, buyer name, order reference, and email used at checkout. A change of plans, accidental quantity, or inability to attend does not automatically require approval.
Use a contact method published by the organiser through its event information or official channels. If none is available, contact support@tixiticket.com so the request can be reviewed or directed appropriately. The buyer checkout does not currently provide a self-service refund button.
Understand an approved refund
A full refund returns the remaining refundable ticket amount and voids the affected active tickets. A partial refund applies only to selected tickets, seats, or tables; the rest of the order can remain valid. Platform service fees are not normally refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refunded QR codes are invalidated, and eligible inventory may return to sale.
Refunds normally return to the original payment method. A confirmation email is sent after the refund is recorded. Processing time depends on the payment provider, issuer, and bank, so the credit may take several business days to appear.
Cancelled or materially changed events
When an organiser cancels an event through Tixi Ticket, the platform starts refund processing for affected paid orders, usually in batches. This process may take time, and a provider error can delay an individual refund. Contact support if no refund confirmation arrives after the cancellation notice.
For dated leisure events, there is generally no automatic 14-day withdrawal right solely because a buyer changes their mind. This does not remove mandatory rights that may apply when an event is cancelled, materially changed, misdescribed, or not delivered. See the consumer terms for the complete conditions.
