Your data and privacy

Tixi Ticket processes personal data to operate event pages, reserve inventory, complete checkout, issue tickets, support admission, handle refunds, prevent abuse, and provide customer support. The privacy notice provides the complete description of these practices.

Information used for an order

Buyer and attendee data can include names, email address, phone number, ticket-holder details, selected tickets or seats, applied coupons, order totals, currency, payment and refund status, ticket codes, and check-in status. Tixi Ticket also processes technical and security information needed for reservation ownership, checkout continuity, fraud prevention, cookies, and support.

Payment providers process card, wallet, authentication, refund, and chargeback information. Tixi Ticket stores payment references and transaction records but does not store full card numbers.

Understand who can access the information

Tixi Ticket acts as controller for platform operations, checkout, payments, security, and support. The event organiser may act as a separate controller when it uses attendee information for its own communications, exports, or venue operations.

Authorised members of the organiser's team can access relevant buyer, attendee, order, ticket, check-in, and refund information for their events. Service providers may process information for hosting, authentication, payments, email, security, and other functions described in the privacy notice.

Tixi Ticket does not sell personal data. Optional cookie and marketing choices are presented where those technologies are enabled.

Exercise your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority.

Send a request to support@tixiticket.com. State the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to identify the relevant account or order. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate verification process. Tixi Ticket may need to verify your identity and will handle the request in accordance with applicable law.

Some records cannot be deleted immediately. Order, payment-reference, refund, chargeback, security, and support records may be retained where needed for accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, and provider processing periods.
